Job/Task Description

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinates and facilitates appointments, meeting, and conferences;
• Organize the office and file different documents in a professional manner;
• Receiving various instructions through telephone, e-mails, and faxes from the clients;
• Make travel and meeting arrangements (ticket/ hotel booking and reservations);
• Assist the General Manager in all Administrative tasks;
• Screen & schedule appointments for the General Manager;
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing mails;
• Ensure timely execution of emails, letters & faxes messaged
• Draft minutes of meetings and other correspondence autonomously.
• Respond inquiries and resolving problems to level the work environments;
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, switchboards, computer, etc
• Assists in the preparation and editing of proposals, reports, and other documents produced by the office;
• Liaise with company clients, suppliers, and producers;
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries;
• Other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor
Requirements
Academic qualification
• Bachelor degree in Business administration, SSOM or related fields

• Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential
• Excellent communication skill
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Well-organized work ethic
• Able to work under pressure

Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields



Salary: Negotiable
