Job/Task Description

• Assist in record management, financial documentation, administrative works and office management
• Coordinating office activities and carry out clerical duties
• Supervise staffs and liaise between management and staff
• Oversee office equipment’s and track office supplies , expenses and bills
• Communicate with clients and/or agencies to facilitate office work
• Prepare draft letters, manage correspondence, leave and contract management

Skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent time management skills ,work extra hours when needed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English and Amharic)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• A strong team player and motivated to learn

Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor , level 4 in Office Management, Secretarial Science , Management or related business fields
• 0-1 years of experience
